John T. Spinelli II

Bio:

The most recent addition to the Spinelli Commercial Properties team, John is the grandson of founder John T. Spinelli, and the son of Owner Judith A. Spinelli. Since John joined Spinelli Commercial Properties in 2015, he has been involved in many of the aspects of daily operations, but more specifically lease negotiations and marketing.

Outside of work, John can regularly be found on a golf course or spending time at home with his friends and dog. John is also an active supporter of St. Jude's Research Hospital Foundation in Memphis, Tennessee.

Judith A. Spinelli

  Owner & President

 

Bio:

Ms. Spinelli is a second generation owner of Spinelli Commercial Properties.  Ms. Spinelli joined her father, John T. Spinelli, as a partner in the company in the 1970’s.  One of their first projects as partners was the development and construction of the North Wilmington Industrial Park.   

In 1957, Mr. Spinelli left M. Spinelli and Sons Co. a very successful construction company, to form his own development company. For more than thirty seven (37) years Mr. Spinelli was a prominent developer of industrial and commercial real estate throughout Massachusetts.   Mr. Spinelli and Judy’s, vision played an important role in providing commercial buildings for growing companies in and out of the State of Massachusetts.

Presently, Ms. Spinelli with her son John Spinelli II, continue to oversee the operations of Spinelli Commercial Properties comprising of more than a half million square feet located in Wilmington and Cambridge.  Mr. Spinelli and his daughter, were responsible for establishing and funding the John T. Spinelli Family Charitable Trust and the Jonspin Charitable Trust.   Ms. Spinelli for many years has also been a dedicated sponsor of the St. Jude’s Children's Research Hospital Foundation in Memphis, Tennessee.

 

Education: 

Ms. Spinelli received her Bachelors of Arts in Education from Siena College in Memphis, Tennessee.

Rachele DePamphilis

  C.E.O

 

Bio: 

Ms. DePamphilis is the Chief Executive Officer for Spinelli Commercial Properties.  She is an accomplished commercial real estate executive with over 30 years’ experience.  As CEO of Spinelli Commercial Properties, Rachele is responsible for running all facets of the business.  Over the years, Ms. DePamphilis has been responsible for the leasing, management and selling of buildings in the Spinelli Company Portfolio to major corporations such as L-3 Communications, ThermoFisher Scientific, E-Ink, Pfizer, Unifirst, Lam Research, Wyeth, Filenes Basement, to name just a few.  Rachele has a proven executive track record and experience negotiating new leases and options, sales, expanding global cash flow and increasing occupancy rates. Rachele focuses her efforts on tenant relationships, client services and legendary tenant satisfaction.

In her spare time Rachele has also been involved in many business and charitable organizations such as the St. Jude’s Research Hospital Foundation and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Marianne DePamphilis

  C.F.O

 

Bio: 

Ms. DePamphilis is the Chief Financial Officer for Spinelli Commercial Properties. Marianne joined Spinelli Commercial Properties in 1991.  During her more than 25 years at Spinelli Commercial Properties, Marianne has been responsible for all financial aspects of the business including financial reporting, budgeting, lease administration, forecasting, and taxes for the entire commercial real estate portfolio.  

 

In addition, Ms. DePamphilis oversees third party accounting firms with regard to reports for regulatory agencies and financial institutions. Ms. DePamphilis has developed relationships with insurance carriers and IT services.  She is also responsible for promoting contacts and securing mortgages with many financial and banking establishments.

 

Prior to joining the Spinelli Company, Ms. DePamphilis held a position as the IT Administrator with Sasaki Associates, an International Architecture Firm.  She coordinated project managers and architects with IT global reporting.  While at Sasaki, she was instrumental in designing along with the firms accountants, principals and software engineers a weekly Project Status Reporting (PSR) system.  This PSR became the most instrumental data sharing tool in the company.  The budgetary reporting system initiated an increased efficiency which resulted in significant time and cost savings.  This technology was essential in advancing the company’s capability to launch satellite offices worldwide.

Kathleen DePamphilis

     Office Manager

 

Bio: 

Kathleen MacLeod joined Spinelli Commercial Properties in 1989 and has been in management for over 25 years.  As the Office Manager, Kathleen provides accounting and financial support to the CFO and CEO.  Her responsibilities include accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing and tenant services.  Kathleen’s incredible organizational skills keep the team running smoothly and efficiently.

 

Outside of work, Kathleen can be found spending quality time with her husband and two sons.
